The World Wide Web was made available to the public twenty years ago. How far it has come in 2013, imagine what the future holds!
Using the internet is part of our daily routine and has been for a while now. We are online for more hours in the day than not and our clients are tapping into this resource both internally and externally. By using internal social media tools as another way to do qualitative research, as well as encouraging employees to communicate online in discussion forums and as an alternative channel to receive information, our clients are engaging their employees and giving them an avenue to provide feedback or comments as well as better understand the company they work for.
